Diploma for IT Users
Introduction
Students undertaking this course will experience an excellent grounding in the use of Information Technology. The course covers not only the common applications used in offices today such as Microsoft Office but also how a computer operates and the various uses of computing relevant to industry needs. Students will also achieve a solid grounding in graphics, desktop publishing, the Internet and web page design.

- Leaving Certificate or equivalent

Assessment Method

- Keira Hayes is an Academic Coordinator at Eden College, with responsibility for overseeing both the ACCA and City & Guilds Programmes. She is an experienced lecturer, delivering modules to Master’s level. She has a BA in Finance and an MA in Economics from the National University of Ireland. Keira enjoys globe-trotting and has travelled extensively in Asia and Australia.
